Title says it all! I use to ride standups a lot then I went to the sitdowns and well im back and 40lbs heavier :-( I need help setting the ski up to help get the nose down I am thinking: -2" hand pole (getting today) ride plate that is shimmed in the rear, intake grate and a pump wedge? anything else I need that will help? I know the obvious answer is to loose some weight, and I hoping to do that as well!

Also what brand of grate, plate and pump wedge should I get? (can find a wedge anywhere online for the 750sx)

Thanks
Brad

any extended plate will help to keep the nose down.

Also, look into hull extensions, blowsion sells some, and they help a good deal to stop porpoising also.

good luck,

Geoff

I'm around 260, I was 280 last summer and I had a heck of a time with Matt's SJ porposing. The key is to ride more and to work on balance. I still normally ride surf stance to help with porposing. Put your front foot up against the engine compartment.

my 750sx has a R&D grate and plate and rides good; it does porpoise some but not too bad.
but I cannot compare it to stock as my ski came this way
