Few questions about a dasa 850

So long story short, I just picked up a bob gen 3 didn’t get a lot of info about the ski was told it’s a dasa 850 power valve motor with a B pipe built by ski clinic.. rode it for the first time yesterday and it rode good but after a few session and warmed up it had a sputter, could be the carb wasn’t sure I pulled the plugs and the pistons looked brand new so I thought possible head gasket issue..

My question is who can help identify exactly what motor setup this is and wat psi my cylinders should be, I just pulled the head and got from the piston part number it’s a 85.5mm bore, on top of the dome it says 5mil stroke, and by the dome part number it’s a 30cc, if I’m researching right that means I should have like 210psi and be running race gas? Any help would be appreciated thanks

210psi you can run 100LL or mix some race gas 50/50.
Pistons are so clean you could have ingested a nice dose of water, maybe that's what caused your sputtering.

Clean pistons with no carbon also means motor is running too cold. I got that same motor but it got chain sawed in half when the garbage hotrods connecting rod snapped in the middle of a barrel roll. If it's got msd total loss, I've had a few pick up triggers crap out which causes a miss big time

Don’t you put that evil on me! Lol.. I’m going to start with fresh o-rings and some 110 fuel and test it out Saturday to see how she does.. also want to try another compression tester to make sure everything is good.. i believe it has a stock ignition system
