Custom/Hybrid Finally...visual carbon epoxy...

We have just made a huge leap in success today... we have been doing gel coat with a tie coat for our epoxy carbon skis and on a couple we had problems with gel coming apart from epoxy .... Well about 5k in wasted material and countless hours... we finally have made perfect visual carbon epoxy... No gel coat!! Straight carbon and infused epoxy for a perfect finish..... and now that we can get a little more flex without the gel cracking we can also make lighter parts!!!!!!

56 is with turf.... we just switched to full carbon foot holds and that saved about 2 pounds also.... and there's atleast 2 pounds of gel..... and we can have a little more flex and it won't crack gel and look bad

Is there a price change for this vs the gelcoated/painted hulls?

These will still have to be a little paint and.a lot clear that's got super high uv protectors to save the carbon from bleaching or yellowing

Evey thing is still kinda up in the air with pricing and blah blah.... now everything is figured out and the new shop is all set up and were finally getting into production we will have web site... and catalog... and pricing... and all that fun stuff for havasu.... were are building our 28..29..30 Hull this week so we are pretty happy with How fast everything got on it's feet.. but with the pricing we have been giving these away at has left my pockets empty but I think the countless hours of trying to push the product and show that we are gonna be here for a while offering bad ass was worth it!!! I thank everyone that has supported us and the backie-chan
