fire in the pulse line

i would say you have a broken/leaking reed. If the piston when going down doesnt build pressure in the bottom of the case and force air up into the cylinder, the fire could overpower that air and send the flash into the cases. If theres a flash in your cases the fuel that hasnt made it to your combustion chamber is burning up.

A yamaha coil fires both cyl at same time so its possible to light the fuel in the cylinder that has the piston at the bottom exposing the intake ports and therfore it flashes back in the case momentarly. Typically doesnt explode just a small burn of fuel. Incorrect timing advance or retard can cause it too.

I was thinking about this and it came to me that on 61x cases the pulse fitting is before the reeds and on 62t cases its after the reeds. I like your way of thinking though, I enjoy your posts.

Blue is on the money with the siamese coil firing once at top dead center and once at bottom dead center (being general, of course there is ignition advancement).

not enough blow down in your port timing. The transfers are reversing the flow and causing ignition in the bottom of the cases. Lift or widen your exhaust port of run black fuel line.

How ever if its just on start up then it likely just the rich mixture/fuel in the cases from sitting there igniting
Reeds are further up the intake tract and so are no effected by this

Good thinking everyone:)
engine is tpe-964 so i dont think that there is any problems with port blow:) and i run with multichannel msd tl so only one spark at the time.. Compression 175 both

I would go with waxhead and his theory

Pulse line doesn't make a pulse if it's before the reeds... The reeds hold that pressure in the crankcase. 61X still gets the pulse on the crankcase side of the reeds...

There should be oil or some stuff in my intake if my reed is leaking no?

Im aware and I agree. I was just noting that the fitting was before the reeds. There is a passage was threw the reed cage to the crankcase. I was just thinking aloud so to speak.
