First gen dasa 1200 crank seal

I’m losing my mind on this
First I order a preassmbled seal kit from over seas that cost me 120 dollars.. the lip on the seal was .1 too big and I ended up having to destroy it to remove it from the cases. My bad, shouldn’t have assumed a 120 dollar part would be machined to spec, next time I’ll check :) !
So I order another set of 45 dollar crank seals, spend 5 hours trying to get the front seal into this beautiful piece of engineering and end up ripping the lip clean off the seal.
I now have not one but TWO sets of BRAND NEW real seals that I can’t get single front seal replacements for :)
I have tried heating the ring, freezing the seal, a press, lube, giving the seal a firm lecturing. I cannot for the life of me find a single ounce of information on this process or for that matter the seals.
Dasa tells me “it might be hard but it’ll press out” ok sure, I sure can press the old seals out and absolutely obliterate them in the process.
I’m seeing no solution to this outside of having a two piece ring made with mating surfaces like the cases themselves
Before I spend another 2-300 on doing this can ANYONE tell me if they’ve ever done this before.
Thanks

Incase anyone else ends up with this issue it’s this EXACT seal and only this one that will fit. I’m not sure what brand it is but it has to have this tiny little lip.
I would show you that it fits but I already have a machine shop cutting the metal insert Inhalf and tig welding it to the cases :)
