First jetski build ever

Well you can read the title. This is my first build so bare with me!(aswell as my first stand up) I got a 1994 sn superjet hull. So far i have filled in the nose and sanded down the entire ski. My plans for now are to paint the topdeck/hood dark maroon and the bottom of the hull and handle pole black. I have toms footholds which i need to install still and grey diamond hydroturf. I plan on throwning either a 61x or a 62t in its just hard to find a full motor. The pics i have right now are horrible quality i will update with my camera soon. Any advice is welcome . Thanks!

dont really plan on reinforcing the hull unless i have left over resin.... Im on a budget and already over it lol. Sooo well see. I still need to install footholds then ill see what i have left

So i finally feel like i got something done today. I finished shaping the nose and sanding down the handle pole and hood. Then primered everything. I still have to go around and do some filler on some spots and then sand them down with 600, Then ill be ready for paint. I bought the color yesterday its going to be nice . Oh and i already hit the limit on one card im already on my second card LOL so yea i know what you mean on the budget thing its really just something to say that makes me feel like im watching my money hah

Well im at my apt. and bored so i decided to turf my chinpad on my porch. Im waiting 20 min right now for the contact cement to get ready...Ive never done this but i was thinking of doing it in 2 steps first doing the tops and sides with the cement then after thoughs are dry rolling the edges in with a heat gun and stapling them to the inside? any help would be great.. thanks

k well learned my first lesson. The contact cement is strong lol. I put it down and wanted to move it to the left 2 inches so i pulled up and all my foam pulled off my chinpad. So i started over again this time with no foam on the chinpad...

What was the cost on the materials for the CF sheet?
