First ride with the TPE 1105

I had a rod bearing go out on my xs900 so I decided to drop the tpe in my dvx. This is my first ride with the tpe 1105 and my first time editing a go pro video. I have very limited fatwater skills but the tpe seems to have quite a bit more pull off bottom. The last flip in the vid you can tell I lost the bottom bolt on my steering nozzle. I wish I would saw it before it broke.

You have so much power that it's not real crucial for just getting around, but you're going way too fast and splashing through your wake on some of your flips.

Slow it down and pop that nose up and then down into the trough so it's like you're going up a ramp. You'll fly then

Slowing down has been the hardest part for me. It's more habit then anything really. I just got so use to carrying speed on my sj. I'm having so much trouble trying to break it.

Absolutely. That's how it was for me too. I was used to doing 25 mph inverted stabs lol.
Even with a 701 flatwater ski slowing down helped a lot for me. You endup getting too much distance that you can turn into height instead.

Tpe1105, full spec 49s, Powerfactor pipe, xmetal powerfactor waterbox, lightened total loss flywheel, running 155 thrust billet pump, I haven't changed my prop from my 900 setup yet so I'm still running a 11/16 prop, 89mm reduction nozzle, xmetal trim, protec steering nozzle shortened and bored to 95mm
