Got their girdled head and domes, Dasa flywheel cover.

Also got my cases back from PHP and they look great.
Just need to get them painted up to match the cylinders.

Cant wait to get this motor together.

Also got my cold fusion motor mounts in and battery tray. Just to kill some time.

got my cases painted up to match the cylinders.

Zach at PHP did an awsome job on the cases, porting looks great and he blasted them to give me a nice clean surface.

Should have everything here to get the motor built.
I might get that together tomorow.

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Got the motor 90% done today. Assembly went pretty smooth.
Was not fun getting the pistons in the cylinders with one set of hands, usually i have a buddy helping me.

All in all it came out good though.

64x Cases ported amd epoxied by PHP. Trued and Welded SBT Crank. OEM Crank Seals.
61x Cylinders bored to 735cc and ported By Jet Maniac. With everything in his top end kit.
And Thrust Girdled Head with 35cc ADA domes.
(Possibly Bumping Compression after break in)

Need to fix a little problem with getting my studs all the way in but no biggie.

And waiting on stator and bendix and i can wrap up the motor.

Yeah i got them epoxied on with thickened epoxy.
Going to completely glass around them with two layers of 11oz fill and sand smooth so they blend with hull.

Are Zero sponsons the same as Tom21, do they make them together?
I might be thinking of somthing else.

Can u post a link with install instructions to help guide me a little and make sure im not forgetting somthin.

Got an ebox, stator, bendix, and some other stuff in from Jetmaniac. His rebuilt stator and bendix look like brand new. Motor is done except for reeds intake and carbs.
In the process of finish sanding around the sponsons and bottom of hull. Hopefully I can get a coat of paint on the bottom half today.

Also put another order in from JM with a bunch of stuff, driveshaft, starter, mid shaft assembly, Some stainless hardware and a few small billet pieces.

Waiting on a few checks from a job I did to fund the rest of the build, hopefully I will have everything here or ordered in the next week or two. Hopefully going to the paint shop early next week then it's just assembly.

Going to give it a light sanding before next coat, probably going to do 3 coats then a fine wet sand and buff.

The top half is getting sprayed at a local shop that did my last ski.

I used interlux perfection, used it on my last ski with good results and it was pretty durable when beaching it and trailering.

its kind of a pain because every little impurity that didnt get cleaned off shows, specs of dust, fibers from rags or anything like that.
