This is a project that was a ton of fun to work on and was only realized through a tremendous effort by all involved. My goal in putting this project together was to create a fun, but really comprehensive DVD that not only teach the mechanics of the tricks that we do, but all aspects of freeride. We cover everything from boat and body prep, to gear choices, and then we have the very best freeriders in the world explaining how they came up with and do their signature tricks. My favorite part of this whole project was interviewing guys like Randy Laine, Pierre Maixent, Darin Anderson, Marc Sickerling, Jerry Jones, Tiago Geitens, Chris Rosner, and Mark Gomez and hearing their take on riding, and their approach to the sport. Big thanks are due to Chris Burgess of Nascency Cinema for shooting that majority of the DVD and editing the whole thing, and to Mark Gomez who spent a couple of days and one really late night working his ass off on sound and anything else that needed to be taken care of.
I hope we have created something here that will last and prove to be a value for the freeride community for a long time to come.
