I just got a 94 sn superjet 701 that is pretty much stock other then footholds, a stainless impeller, an ocean pro flame arrestor, modded hood and aftermarket ride plate and intake grate. So getting to the point now I am looking into making a fixed steer hood for it. I have seen a few builds of them on here before and I am wondering what the benefits of a fixed steer ski are. Also what is the best way to do it? I have seen many people use waveraider hoods and glass then into the square nose hood but I am just looking for ideas so any pics or advice of how you set it up would be great thanks, axelman.

Tom21 hood for the win. That's on the ski in my avatar. Fixed steer is like training wheels for flips and rolls. I can ride forever and don't get tired compared to a pole ski.
