Super Jet fixed steer square nose

Edit, there's been some changes went back to a handle pole and added a b pipe.

After following a similar build on here i wanted to take on my own, so i sold my baby my x2 and bought a square. Its a mint 90 with a 701 conv am intake grate and slasher ride plate.

I already have an ada head for it and i'm looking for a pipe to finish out the summer with. Once the cold weather sets in i plan on digging in and doing some of the usual mods. Besides the Fixed steer hood i plan on making out of a stock SN hood and a raider hood i'm going to widen the tray and install footholds and refoaming....

Now idk if anyone else has debated using a pool foam float as foam but we have giant white foam floats that don't take on water and are super boyant so i plan on playing with that idea and installing drain plugs

here are some pics of the ski

we have foam

Maiden voyage today lasted all of 30 seconds due to no water coming out of the bypasses. I brought it home popped the hood and checked my lines the line from the pump to the manifold had a kink in it right where it enters the mani. Fixed that took it back to the lake and all I can say is wow! This ski is everything I had hoped for, my stockish 61x motor with a non-girdled ADA head Coffman sizzler pipe and TDR water box hit nicely. The hooker ohh baby the hooker is amazing great hook up. A huge thanks goes out to Tom21 for building a great hood. It takes the steering position from the x2 I love and uses it on a superjet. I had planned on winterizing this pig today but I need to ride it some more before putting her up for the winter.

Thanks, It's a really fun ride. Once I get my chamber welded back up I should be back on it. I have a hard time picking which ski to ride.....RN with SS865 or Fixed steer with 701. They are both just as fun.

new pics from some progress iv made, not a ton but iv been busy with school and work

i glasses over the raider steering tower because finding a raider accusteer or umi seems to be impossible. i will reinforce once i get some more glass and resin
