Ryan just called me and he says he has access to a time share for 1 week until May. I guess it's part of a business because he said they are available pretty much anywhere in the country. We discussed Daytona or Sebastian. We're not familiar with any other options. He asked me to ask around about other places with regular surf that may be good. We're in Tampa so Daytona / sebastian are good but since we may have a week, we have more options We'd be going in like late march - early may.

We'd also of course like to bump into some local riders while we are where ever we go. Nothing is set in stone yet but if we can get a week of very nice lodging for like $250 that's hard to pass up.

I think you have your answers for semi-reliable and accessible surf.
Panhandle can be good based upon the weather (just like us).

I would do Daytona as your homebase and venture to the Spot or Jax a couple days.

I think the conditions can dictate which place is "better" but I would not expect it to be too different.. one of the locals can probably tell you what conditions to look out for on a daily basis.

FWIW no fees or regulations like Daytona.

If I was going somewhere to ride for an extended period I would like to change it up (both JAX and SPOT are close enough)
