Use two different height bunks, one set as 2x4. One set as 2x6. Then the bond rails dont line up

That's what I was going to suggest. Bunks being a little bit higher on one side won't effect center of gravity too much.

I'm probably gonna start a new thread for my project, but i'm going to widen the 5x10 trailer 5" total, and i'm using the e-track product to make all the modular business a reality.
