Im sure this is a stupid question, but do I have to have my ski registered with my state? Im running out of time and the DMV is pretty far from work.

I threw together some guidance here for Willoughby on the flat water day-
Red line is roughly the No Wake Zone. There's a sign on the little jetty to the northeast, and the other sign on the jetty at the southwest.
The blue oval is about where the shallow part is. It's spotty, and I believe it moves around some, but I've seen it as little as 8-10" deep once or twice. You go out past that, and it may get deeper again. Recommend putting a foot down to test your depth where you plan on doing anything crazy.
I'd recommend doing that stuff (backies, subs, stabs) closer to the launch rather than risking it on the other side of the sand bar (and it is all sand out there, just some rocks and shells at the beaching areas).
High tide is 715am and 735pm with low tide at 125pm with about a 2 foot tide swing.
Hope this helps someone!

Yay my ski works. Just ran it today. It's kind of nice having a boat launch where you work. Now to try and get the day off Friday.
You will actually pass this spot as soon as you exit the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel coming down I-64 East into Norfolk/Virginia Beach. Look for the white flag pole with Old Glory up top to the right of the highway.
