Ross posted a video a while back of a fw b1 roll. Not sure what motor it was....but if you have ever seen zimmy ride a b1 you know it can be done.

Id like some advice in this department. I'm getting bored with doing 180s all day. I never got around to the quick steer mod either. I think I know how to do it but does any one have any pics of theirs? I know Zimmy should be on this one.

yes i do, i need straps or build my idea for footholds.. i tuck my feet under the grab handles

I tried that last winter. I really didnt know what I was doing and just shot a bunch of foam on/in the handles and shaped it but never got around to glassing it. I agree, definitely a great mod. post them up if you end up building them.

You need to make a setup wake, as fat as possible, and then it comes down to HP and throwing your ski as hard as possible. It actually teaches you the body movement, so when you hit the surf you have far more control over it.

Approach the setup wave at a 45 degree angle, If you turn slightly the opposite way, then snap back the way you want to go as fast as you can, under full thrust, she should go around.

if you hace straps, lift, the rear up. OH and also almost tilt the ski 90 degrees side ways.

if that makes any sense,

I rode a carbon blaster with a DASA 1100 in it and it did nose stabs of nothing. crazy ski.

i forgot about this thread. i'm starting to really get it. i did a huge nosestab off a boat wake and my friends said i did the rotation of a roll then fell off at the last second

How about a description on what you do for your set up wake. Im guessing its obvious but hearing how other people do it is always helpful.

I can't get a flat water roll I fall out. I've been doing some cool little 180 stabs that are fun I'll try to get some footage of it.
