Flush kit issue

I ordered an Atlantis flush kit (A8588) which is a rip off for how much they are charging. The crimping on the female garden hose end is pretty bad, almost looks like it was crushed in shipping but the hose is fine and it doesn't seem to leak when connected to the hose but the "brass" fitting literally broke off after screwing it in by hand and slightly tightening it with a wrench. Luckily, I was able to remove it with an extractor bit without damaging the engine.

Does anyone know what size the thread size is on this barb fitting or on the block? Home Depot and Lowe's aren't going to have anything in metric sizes like this so I may have to special order it from a plumbing warehouse.

Shoot me your addy, I have a fitting. it is a 1/8 x 27npt 3/8 Barb.
These are hard to find at a Lowes or Homedepot. Not a std fitting size.
