Buy a flywheel lock, gotta have this tool to do the job right. Call the jetmanic.

You could do it without reassembly with a coupler tool and a decent impact wrench.
Or put the crank in a blanket or towel, then carefully in a vice and crank the coupler off with a cheater bar very carefully. Heat the coupler, ice the crank.
I've done it before. Not ideal, but possible.

hehe. Reassemble the motor. Do rope trick on rear cylinder or buy a flywheel lock. Torch coupler and use a coupler remover or long bar. Disassemble motor. Replace seals. Reassemble the motor. Rinse and repeat:bad:

I used a rubber mallet and it came off pretty easily. Great idea, thanks.

Make sure you search single content tab, not the default multiple content.
