flywheel remove??

about to have ago removing my 701 flywheel, and im not shaw if the center bolt is lefty threed(lefty loosey)? itried both ways with a spanner and it wont turn... i want to replace the bendix.
also is it just that centre bolt holding it on cheers

Standard threads. Left to loosen. Its the bolt and then friction with the crank. You will need a flywheel puller. I suggest the harbor freight one.

Flywheel bolt is standard thread and is only thing holding flywheel on
fwiw get a flywheel lock and a harmonic balancer puller but be careful not to damage stator by threading puller bolts too far into flywheel
 
I used an air impact and a flywheel puller and it came off with ease. Just had to do this myself a few weeks ago

The fly wheel puller should attach to the face of the flywheel by 3 bolts. You should see 3 holes around your flywheel bolt. Then there should be a bigger bolt with the puller that goes in the center. That's what you hit with the impact.

Buy a good puller, i made a puller but almost ff'ed up my crank :p I bougt a puller for kawi / sj. Good solid steel one, it popped right off..
