Flywheel temoval

I cant get flywheel off. I bought a puller. Its a dasa 900. Havnt pulled one on this motor before. I am up to 100 neuton meters of force and it aint popping.

Tried tapping with hammer on puller end and sides. I made a flywheel holder and a homemade puller which wasnt working so i bought one.

There is a recess in the center of flywheel. Tried pulling on that as it looks like the shaft the wheel sits on. Didnt ise as much force. Pulling on the bolt and tapping with hammer aint working. Dont want to use to much force and cause damage.

Dont have air tools.

Ensure that all bolts are threaded in evenly so that the pulling force is distributed evenly. Use a light amount of penetrating oil.

I have learned from mechanic sj762 that the puller can bind on the crank snout. A good washer that fits inside flywheel opening can prevent binding of puller end and make it much easier to apply the force needed. It has worked for me with incredible difference.

Thanks i got it off. Had to tap flywheel with a soft hammer. Force alone wasnt enough. And tapping puller didnt work. Reading stuff says not to hit flywheel but alas it was only thing that worked
