Sorry. Nursing school is kicking my better half's ass and they dont do days off in the semester. Plus I'm already out of town the following week for work so there was just no way.

I wanted to try them without bacon first but yeah, that would be amazing!

I used mild Italian sausage, fresh organic peppers, plain cream cheese and aged cheddar.

My wife turned her nose up the whole time I was making them but ended up stealing two of them.
