Putting a 148 in footrocket. Wondering if anyone has had to grind the hull to make it fit. Reduction nozzle is hitting the top of pump tunnel.

Hard to get a picture but the top of the nozzle is hitting hull. Not sure if this is a new design but the tray seems to dip down

My tray doesn't dip down like that, there's a decent size gap between my pump and the tray. Have you talked to Krash about it? You could grind the rib down on the pump if you just need a little more clearance.

I ran a 144 skat mag with no issues. My 148 H2O Designs fits in perfect with nearly a 1/4" gap between the tray and the top of the pump housing.

Grinding the nozzle is the next step but I don't think it will be enough.

Ok, I see it now. That's pretty odd.
How's your pump alignment looking? I shim my nozzle down a little, which if you had to do, coupled with grinding the nozzle, may give you enough room.
On a positive note, it's nice to see he has fixed his trim tube location!

Alignment is ok but not perfect. It will take a few shims. I had to grind the shoe in a few places.
