Found a weird part near the engine on my 2017 superjet

Hello,

I found this on the bottom of my 2017 superjet. Does anyone know what it is and where its coming from? Or is it an unrelated piece?
Looks like a hose fitting, but it closed at the end (but hollow inside)

if it's a rivet there will be a "ball" in the expanded part.

Technically it's a blind rivet. Pop rivet is the colloquial term.

But where is the rivet coming from? The only rivets i can find is for the choke knob. And they dont look alike.
