my buddies all do it on their SXRs the same way i do them on my superjet.

ride about 1/4 throttle. get low (even on one knee if you have to) in the tray with the pole down. keep your throttle hand on the throttle, put your other hand (left) on top of the pole. in one move, let go of the throttle, spin on the pole on your chest, and use your left hand to grab the ride side bond line rub rail - just to help stabilize yourself for a sec. then grab the bars and use your left hand to throttle, but not too much... just enough for a fountain, too much will make the ski shoot between your legs.

a little tip: I find that once I'm sitting on the front/hood, going for the fountain, if I spread my legs to the side (like an eagle) it helps to keep me uite stable during the fountain.

You can spin a SXR into a fountain just the same way you do with a superjet(laying over the hood an breaking the back end free), just give it a bit of opposite lock and and blip the throttle.
