I theorize there is power to be gianed with the blaster style chamber because it doesn't have the big dent in it like the SJ chamber. I bet that is one of the big reasons why the volumes are so much different.

Is that a Kawie FPP 650 Head pipe or a Yamaha FPP 701 B head pipe?

I have the Kawie 650 FPP and I think some more brapp is in order! I was going to get a Kawie 750 FPP mod pipe but that is way more cash then what I want to spend. So the Blaster Limited pipe chamber is all good :)

It is a Kawi Headpipe. Kawi and yamaha headpipes are the same except the kawy has an extra 3/4" height due to a thicker piece where is bolts to teh manifold.

If you are looking for just a chamber to bolt on send me a PM i have a polished Kawi750 Limited chamber and i may have blaster limited for you too.

A few people PM'd me about a Blaster Limited chamber from my last post. If anyone still wants one get back to me. I have one again.

I used the stock manifold when test fitting but i will be using a westcoast when everything is assembled. The WC has the same indexing as the Stock so everything should go right in.

Whichever you use you need to cut/grind the lord mount off of the manifold. It gets in the way and wont let the pipe fit.

Cool, then we are on the same page. I test fit it yesterday and noticed that the mount has to go. I will try grinding it off on an extra stock manifold I have laying around next weekend. I also picked up an extra gas tank to mold for the pipe. Small chance, but if the weather is good next Friday, I might try to install the pipe on the 650 to see how it works.

I was able to leave part of the lord mount just incase I decide to go back to a Coffmans later (not sure why I would). Also, I found that a heat gun was too slow, and used my propane radiant heater and had much better results. WEAR GLOVES!!! And have either compressed air or water handy so you can cool it quikley when you get it into shape.

Thanks for the tips! Thats why I got a spare tank (incase I screwed it up...) I dont give a crap about the lord mount so it will be completely removed.

I ripped out the 650 this past weekend. It was too much of a PIA to get the blaster chamber in with the tank installed, so I left the 650 chamber in for the past month. I am grinding down the lord mount today to get ready for the 750 motor which will be here next week. As well as installing the front exhaust outlet. I should have it ready to go in about 2 weeks.

I am installing the extra 650 motor in a spare hull I picked up 2days ago, and I will be doing test fitting with the lord mount and gas tank "tweaking" today. I'll post up some pics, I dont have an electrical box for the spare hull or I would have fired up the 650 with the blaster chamber today.

I'm waiting to see how the Blaster chamber compares with the SJ chamber. before I call Factory and make a purchase!

Unless your bent on brand new I would post up here and PWCT on the wanted section. I got TONS of responses when I bought the blaster chamber for great prices. I am dying to see how this will work (almost thought about installing it in a 650 for now). I got the gas tank done and the exhaust manifold mount ground off. The chamber does hit the hood seal some. Not sure how much of a problem this is going to be. For the test run I will be putting some turf between the 2 surfaces to protect the hood seal.

Do you have any pics? Can I see a pic of the mount before, and after? Thanks!
