FRAUD ALERT: Anyone Live near or in Spokane, WA.....

I need a little help.......I purchased a motor off of Ebay.......And it has been two weeks since I have heard anything. I need someone local to call to see if they will pick up the phone. I have the address, and a home and cell number. Please PM me if you can help....I just want the motor or my money back.

Snackem goes to College there, so he drives up there pretty regularly.

What was the guys name? Ebay name?

Rich Ziesmer.......flybyniteshrike......I have actually spoken to him on the phone because I was uncomfortable about 0 feedback so by confirming the address and two phone numbers I felt a little more at ease......Sent a postal money order which he acknowledged in a return email that he received 4/22 and would give me a tracking number the next day.......

now granted it took him 12 days to get paid because he wanted a money order.....I was always prompt to respond to his emails.....

I left a voice mail on his cell kindly requesting a return call, then called the house number and got a hangup before I said anything.....the number I called from shows up as a 1-800 number.....

I am exploring my options (already filed a dispute with ebay). There are a couple of members helping me out on this (many thanks). If this fails, I am looking into contacting the Spokane police department and the USPS (since it was a Postal money order). Any other suggestions?

Postal money order was very smart, especially if you send it via the USPS.

The feds do not take likely to fraud via the post...

yeah spokane PD is a waste and if Im not mistaken the ppl you bought from are tweakers that live across the street from my parents (sort of 10 acre parcels) Ill go over there after work if I have time. If not tomorrow anyway. But the cops MIGHT do something as they have used my folks property to do "surveillance" on that house.
