Found my old freak back up for sale in San diego so I snagged it up.
This was one of the 3 hulls that tem drug all over showing them. Blue one, orange one and this yellow one with adjustable footholds. -5"
I bought it from Nevada Jay for 8k.
I put the running gear out of a Jeff jacobs 1998 worlds finals winner clone with his backup motor.
R&D / dasa 8mm rad crank stroker. 82mm bore. Full spec 48s. Had a custom speedwerx dry pipe on the 63mph superjet I yanked it out of but I bought a new limited B pipe and used that. Got an exhaust manifold to cylinder and a manifold to head pipe spacers from ski clinic. Clears the old style powervalves without having to cut and welded the headpipe. Had the older programmable total loss with the holeshot feature and one pickup. Full spec 48s.
Has the racers 140 skat mag pump but I put in a 16/21 instead of the 23.
Had an xmetal adj pole on there but now has a rrp. The guy i sold it to had it painted and changed the trim from xmetal to thrust. Motor had been rebuilt since I sold it and running 195psi compression .
This thing always ripped. I had to dehillbilly a lot of things on it but it's dialed now. Took it out for a test beat and man does it rip. Can't wait for some miller boat action
