Freeride feeler for May 2011

OK so here is the deal, Alex puts on a nice ride every year at Corsons Inlet, NJ and again this year was a great turnout.

This past year I lost a huge part of my life, my 21yr old sister past away from a rare form of cancer in February. It is the hardest thing my family and I have ever dealt with and I wish this upon no one.

My proposition to you guys and the X...A free-ride in my sisters name in May 2011 in Brigantine NJ just like you are all familiar with. Before she passed my sister started a foundation to help kids and families deal with childhood cancer called Jessie's Journey (www.jessiesjourneyofhope.com). I am looking for your support and help to make the 1st Annual Jessie's Journey Free-ride for Cancer take place.

I am looking to see if I can get a good turnout to make this work before I propose this to the foundation.

Will provide T-shirts and food with a small donation and if I can get a good turnout, beach access for all the 4x4 guys.


To be honest I don't really know how to throw a bash like this but I do have the local PWC shop as well as the biggest local hotel/bar owner/council man on my side.

Send me your feedback and responses and I will be sure to make this happen with enough people.

its sounds like a great time! its 800+ miles for me but i will defiantly exercise the idea!!! it would be cheaper than the cali trip i was thinking about...

edit... i have thought a little more about it. gas wouldn't be near as bad as i thought. 400 bucks should be enough for the car and my ski. some good hotel rates would defiantly help. and most of all its for a good cause! i have a good friend that has had over 15 tumors and worst of all she isn't expected to still be around by the time i get home..

I'll help you anyway I can man! May is a really good time to get a NJ ride going. Pick a date and I'll be there...LOL if you have the permit thing under control for the ride, Brig is the best place to do something like this. Would be a blast. Great cause and idea!
