if you have a 1000 in the back that is heaps you will know if it is enough just turn it on and when your riding see how much water comes out if it pumps the whole time then maybe go scupper but if it is only pumping for a short time after a trick it should be sweet

I wouldn't bother with one in the nose - it won't do you much good when the ski is moving. 1,000 gph is about all anybody runs, as long as its in conjunction either with the stock siphon or a scupper/one way. The reason for two methods is speed, reliability, with reliability being the key for most recreational riders.

Do you need to remove water faster? That's a personal choice - if you don't mind waiting for 10 seconds after doing a sub or fountain or whatever, then you're fine. If you go into competitive freestyle, or repeatedly fill your ski and don't want to have to think about whether the bilge is empty before hitting the next move, then you might want to add some capacity.

Your fine depending onyour riding style. rec or freestyle/competitive

Bilge in the nose/middle is pointless...only works if water is FAR up there because remember your ski is on a tilt when moving and is at the back of hull. I made that mistake my first time....pointless

im running a 360 rule and a 1100 rule and it works great, the 1100 clears the water quick but leaves a little in the bottom and 360 pumps that clean.

ok so i have no clue abot any stock siphon and i dont want a scupper. i have a 1000gph in the rear and just bought another 500, i was thinking the nose to do fountaiins and stuff, but i might just put it back with my other one and run it off the same manual swith

The rule 1100 is the same size (almost) as the rule 500. I just had to trima 1/2" off of one side of my coupler cover. And it uses a the larger 1 1/8" hose with the giant 1 1/8" pisser from Jetworks. This set up rocks!

If I was starting over though with this new hood (WDK) and the 1100GPH I might not even use a scupper. Especially if I had another 500 or 1100GPH in the front!

i have a bilge in the front of my ski and it works great. it keeps pumping after the rear one stops.

Then either

1. Your lake has a strange displacement of water color changing the atmoshpereic pressure to due heat in the color devided by square liters time 7 that allows water to flow up hill.........

2. somehting is wrong with your bilge pump in the rear, airlock or something.

or

3. The front pumps long when performed on the trailer...which is true

Been down that road and it just doesnt make much sense. when moving water runs down hill tot he rear and lower part of the boat......
