No I'm a few miles before that on some back road...talk about night and day difference between Panama Beach and Montgomery

You definitely don't want to be at that boat ramp. You need to go to Montgomery marina its just past the race site, it costs $5 but is on private property and monitored, so it's much safer.

If your up for a drive, head over to Demopolis, you might talk Tricky into riding in the afternoon. May be riding tomorrow afternoon.
It about an hour and a half from you. Hit Hwy 80.

And if your looking for a free there is cooters pond in Prattville its a safe ramp and not but about 15 minutes from downtown Montgomery. Those are the two main river ramps i use. If I had some free time I would come ride.

Your in Alabama right, if they only let swamp gator boats to enter you'd have plenty competitors. And it sounds like you need a Heyn design winch ramp system. Or just sink the avalanche tailgate deep and ride on
