Is that one of their chans or some other hull i wonder?
oh no i was talking about the white one posted earlier. the carbon interior is the finer things i expect from a high dollar hull. that is gorgeous.
Although to respond to your post, I don't think anyone should expect sloppy work on a baseline model. The craftsmanship should be high quality for $3500. You aren't paying for the materials, you're paying for the craftsmanship, which makes up the majority of the cost.
Being a demo unit, I wouldn't expect production units to look like that.
If i has to guess, All chop and poly. 500. A good hull 1500 with hardware. What would material cost be on a glass hull?
Who is infusing motor mount plates?we were discussing the motor mounts. hand laying vs infusing them into the bottom of the hull. not hand laying the whole hull.
100 pound S glass infused hull costs $432 in glass and epoxy resin but that's not buying bulk like these guys would be.If i has to guess, All chop and poly. 500. A good hull 1500 with hardware.
Who and what is the hull?It doesnt matter. Clearly FF did not bag them. What would the point be to bag chop mat?
The bagged ones in that picture are from a very reputable hull building company with experience. Goes to show you the difference in quality from a company who has been building for a while and a company who just bought the molds. Everyone has to start somewhere though.
Who and what is the hull?
Pretty sure its a havoc. Looks like their work. Some of their dead give aways are the bead rolled tubes, scupper screen, and those bagged mounts.
Thanks but ill leave it to the pros. Im going back to riding.I think you need to start producing somebodies hulls, lol. You do some beautiful work. This new Backie Chan is scaring me a little.
No, you should produce your own... Ive seens pics of your work and it looks top notch! Thanks but ill leave it to the pros. Im going back to riding.
