Front and rear straps

I am going to Wavedaze.Do you need front and rear straps to ride.I have new Rok hull.It has no bow eyes in front or rear.I can rig one up around handpole bracket if I have to.I no it is for my own safety.Help.I have the straps on my superjet.Thanks
