you could take it off and plug the holes with white auto panel clips like I did.
or you could run a stainless bolt and washer all the way through from outside of the bumper through the lip,
or even heavier duty, you could do the bolt thing, and form a piece of 1/2" aluminum around the outside of the
bumper, through all of the attachment bolts.
