Blaster Fuel issues I think

This weekend I was riding my blaster and it started bogging down like it was out of gas, so I switched it over to reserve and it still was bogging. It would idle but once I gave it some gas it would bogg down again. I pulled the hood open and noticed that the stock fuel filter was only about half way full. I started it up with the hood open and it drains all the fuel out and then slowly refills. I am thinking it is time to rebuild the carb with the fuel pump in it but just checking to see if it could be anything else.
 
I had a phantom carb issue like this on my B1. It started slow but got progressively worse. It was ethanol goop in the filter/separator, sprayed it out with carb cleaner and all has been well.
 
Use Startron or the blue gas treatment stuff it's safe for 2 strokes and removes water and the ethanol from your gas

ok now damn it i need help. 701 bought it ran it for a day and fuel problems filter wont stsy full moreless empty dump fuel down carb runs fine till burns off. so me and dad rebuilt the carb. once again two runs later fuel problem again. those flat disks in the pump part. the instructions say ne side is rounder and goes against carb. well they looked flat on both sides. and so they put a blue line on one side to help show the round side. in which you cant tell that either. blue line looks like it on both sides. so we pretty much took a guess. damnit man. is that the valve your talking about?? damn jet ski. the 760 runs so much better with no problems. i wanna sale the whole motor just so i dont have to deal with it.

Does it run at all or does it just idle and then when you hit the throttle it boggs down?

thanks for the response kinda stealing his post. im on the new post under fuel tank pressure. but we might be having same issue. some one was talking about that check valve. Is it the one on top of the tank connected to the seperater. the crazy thing is i have to blasters and you can blow through them both and the other ski runs great. but my ski will run or bog adjusted the carb this weekend but lost the fuel in filter once again. now its a bitch to prime. so is it a fuel tank issue?
 
id say when i rebuilt that carb i seen a tear in the diaphram that pumps the fuel but now i wonder if it is the check valve. wont know for a few days.
