Shane, is there any way in hell you would consider spending 7.00 a gallon for your fuel if you could get insane power due to the fuel change?
IF so, call me and I can help you in short order. Only problem with my setup is, once you start you will never quit-it's worse than a drug addiction.

I have wasted as much or more time than anyone figuring all this out and would like to save you the headache if I can.

Interesting reading. Gil in Denmark our pump fuel price in Denmark is aorund 8 dollar at the gallon! That would be for our pump 95 ;( So i would trade you any day for some real fuel haha

I'm in a position to type quickly-lol

The going rate for VP MS109 in the SouthEast appears to be 537.00 total at the moment which in turn equals 9.37 per gallon. The avg for GOOD 93 pump gas is 3.75 at the moment. Mix the 2 fuels 50/50 and the end result is a average fuel cost of 6.56 per gallon.

I have spent several years running every possible fuel combo out there and I have learned the hard way that all av gas is good for is allowing you to run stupid cpmpression and static timing to compensate for the lack of performance from the fuel.

HERE IS THE CATCH!!! You WILL have to call Art and give him ALL of your specs so he can tell you how to set up your carbs to run MS109!!! Once your ski is dialed in on MS109 you will NEVER have to touch the screws again! The fuel has the oxy in it therefore the fuel performs the same at all altitudes and temps! How many of us have wanted our skis to run as good in August as they do in October??? Guess what? With MS109-that is exactly what happens!!!

PLEASE take this as exactly as it is meant to be taken!!! I have been through the school of hard knocks on this topic and have now seen the light.

Are you running straight 109 or blending it? I would think I could go less than 50/50 blending it with my current domes.

I am mixing 50/50 for 200 PSI and 28* static. I inadvertantly had the wrong domes in for a couple of months last summer-did not check compression after rebuild-and later realized I had been blowing 225 psi with no signs of deto.

I do NOT recc 225 psi with my fuel blend! MS109 motor octane is only 101. I have also blended MS109 w/avgas and the power was considerably less than it was with pump gas.
