Fuel restrictor for Blackjacks???

Can anyone tell me if you need to use a return line restrictor in blackjacks? I'm having a really hard time getting it fine tuned and I'm not sure if this is the problem or not.

I run dual 44 BJ's and I dont have a restrictor in the return.

My new Dual 46mm Blackjacks did not come with a seperate restrictor either.

Art does not drill the returns out unless requested by the customer. Easy enuf to do if you want another tunable item. I run a pair of 46s and do not utilize a restrictor and will NOT sell my BJs. I will die with them by my side!!!

Thanks Gil, I don't want to use a restrictor. I just did not know if I need to add one or not.
