dropped her in the water today for the first time...rides GREAT!
very very light...engine hits just as expected in a 55lb hull......Have to do a few of the normal tweaks...pole needs a bit shorter, steering and throttle cable adjustment, forgot to cap the trim tube....
Its a beast!
Cut a foot off that damn pole...
And you are not wearing any shirt while taking those pics......hahaha
See the mirror behind the ski... BTW that's a super nice carbon FX-1 and loved the color. :Banane25:
lol...not a foot, but a good hunk...still want to keep it usable for the surf..
Thanks again for tweaking the carbs....Needs a little more, Ill have to bring it down next week and we (you) can play with it..ha
looks like you are just running a hood strap is this all the fx's need???
Its really a fun ski, not to much but enough it demands respect! When you put these big motors on oem ebox & B pipe you get that snap, but take a lot of power away.. but its still fun to ride & perfect for surf & flatwater...
Soon enough Idok will have to swap the pipe to a power factor....[/QUOTE]
i had a dream about it last night actually lol......and I want to put a different pole on it..shortening poles sux
Thats the best news yet, that pole is way to long.. RRP would look good on that ski & would help for flat or surf days!
cept it weighs as much as the hull!
might check into an ATP....arent they a bit lighter????
its got the front wetracer latch thingy....and a ratchet..
