FW Flips, Helmet or no Helmet?

Only losers wear helmets.... be a man and leave your helmet and life jacket at home....all the cool kids are doing it... whats the worst that could happen

I've hit the water plenty in a race full speed down the back straight with a full helmet mx and I've never had it snap back or drag like a parachute.

if the downside of a helmet is falling at high speed. that doesnt realy apply to us. its more for racers but all racers wear helmets.
so wear helmets they could save your life.

I say "helmet", I like being able to chew my own food. On the "down-side", the helmet can hurt your neck if your visor is large and you do lots of subs.

Yeah. No helmet for subs, that's for sure. I wear mine almost every time unless I'm not planning on doing anything at all (rare). I don't even do anything that cool, no BF's or BR's for me (yet?) I like the extra protection. I've come off of skis in really stupid ways...like my riding my buddy's SXR around buoys, and it cut off unexpectedly and flipped me over the front of it. My helmet chipped the ski...better than the ski chipping my head!! Plus, it's nice not worrying about ear drums...and an added bonus that I never have 'water in the ear' anymore.

I'd rather be over cautious and made fun of than get hurt and wonder why I didn't take the time to put it on.

Helmet is defiantly the smart way to go, its just when i ride its 50/50 that someone is going to throw a boat wake and i end up doing stupid stuff with or without helmet. Luckily i've had good luck and no damage has been done except being very sore.

get driving east and come ride with the big boys already lol.
p.s. wear a helmet, ive had a loose piece of bone floating around in my jaw for over a year from a barrel roll attempt with no helmet.
