FX1 61X Cylinder Polishing (Outside for looks)

What is the best way to polish the outside of my 61 cylinder for looks? I want it to have a nice polished aluminum look... Motor will not see much water so it will remain clean. Any ideas...

Dasa cylinder. Come already polished

Polish up the inside instead of the outside. It's worth more bang for your buck.

The inside is already porter and polished, just want to make the outside looks good now.
