FX-1 FX1 problem... need help!

Hi there!

I have a stock 95 FX1 (with bildge pump, jet dynamics intake and ride plate).
Some times the jet ski rides like it's going to shut down any moment, the sound is like it's running out of gas and at full throttle it doesn't rev well and i goes very very slow (almost impossivle to be standing up). But if i keep the throttle pulled at the maximum it never shuts down.
If i kick the throttle continuouslly, eventually it starts to rev and ride well again (but sometimes it just takes too long... but then the malfuntion happens again!).

The several mechanics i've been to didn't work out the problem...

Does any know what might be the problem?

I notice the water exit, in the front of the jet (the exeterior, that exits water from the cooling sistem or the exhaust) doesn't have much pressure, the water exits slowly, never exits with pressure.
I have also functioning the rear water exit, the one that exits up high (i don't know if this have afect..)
And i'm about to change the impeller, is very used (this can afect? the jet is cavitting too much)

You talking about the visability spout? That wont have any effect on anything so dont worry about that. If there is not alot of pressure coming out of your pisser then I think you may have a partially blocked cooling line.
 
Should the pisser exit water like a "super soker", sort of speak?
Mine is like only leaking water.. But if i blow the tube on that exit end it doesn't seem to be blocked..
 
Can any one help me with my previous question?

If i buy an used superjet pump with drive shaft, what else do i need, in order to install it and make it work? (I have a Jet Dynamics intake and plate, eill they work?)
Does a Protec Mach 1 exhaust (was on a superjet) work on a FX1 without any modifications?
Is it worth a Protec or a Coffman exhaust?

Are this 2 modifications worth it? (i'm maybe planing to buy a superjet next year)

My FX1 as the original 122mm pump and now i will buy a skat trak swirl 18/23 impeller.

Which is the best choice, to rebuild the carburetor or to buy a bigger and better used one? (prime or choke plate, is it built in the carburetor? It's a separate part?)
Is it worth buying a Protec exhaust and aftermarket waterbox?
 
Just rebuild the carb you have. If you put a primer kit in it is separate from a rebuild kit and you remove the choke to install the primer.

I think the pipe upgrade is worth it but I have a factory pipe so can't comment on how well the protech would be. I would not bother with an aftermarket waterbox unless you find a good deal.
 
When i flush the ski, it doesn't overheat and it exits water throw the exhaust and the pump, but from the pisser exits little water and without pressure at all... Is this normal?
