that should help. you can also check your prop while you are at it. spin the prop on the shaft with the wear ring installed. use a pencil to trace the edge of the blades onto the wear ring. blades tend to bend in on the leading edge, and out on the trailing. trace a blade, and then rotate the other blades around and compare them to the trace. repeat this with each blade. you should be able to tell if any or all blades are bent, or if they look straight. if you can tell if an edge is bent, find the best blade and make a pencil mark as your guide. mark the bent part with the pencil, remove the blade, put it in a large vise,(if you have one) squeezing it front to back, not on the blades. and use a large adjustable wrench closed down on the blade and bend it back. be easy though, you dont want to break it. for bends larger than the wrench can bend, I beat it with a large rubber mallet. when you are done. you want all three blades to line up with the good pencil mark you made. if you did have bent blades, you will notice better pump performance when you get back on the water.
