Hello, As the title says. I don't know if I over tightened them or what. I was able to remove one of the plugs with a bit of help from a wrench. however the other one is not budging. with some pressure I can get it to twist both Right/Left. however the plug is not actually moving. The threading bolt it's attached to is rotating along with it. I've thrown some lubricant in hopes that can free it a bit. Any other ideas?

The dome is most likely spinning then. You will most likely have to take the head off to get the plug out.

Pop the dome down. The chuck up in a vice. Use pads to keep from damaging the dome.

I was able to get the plug out. now when installing it back it still turns freely. I imagine it's not supposed to do this. is this a faulty dome or am I doing something wrong?

There isn't anything to keep it front spinning other than being sandwiched. I put a dab of sealant on the top of the dome where it makes contact with the shell to keep it in place.

When the head is installed there should be enough pressure to keep it from spinning. Try new orings

the head is just worn out. where the dome contacts the shell and cylinder deck, that's where wear happens. eventually the clearances get loose and the dome spins when you try and remove the plug. ADA heads are famous for that and then they blow O-rings faster. I've got a few heads that I was going to have a couple thousandths milled off the shell and that will tighten the clearances back up. I use an air impact gun to remove plugs from spinning domes.
Hmm, well I have been completely unsuccessful at getting that plug out. Looks like i'll have to buy a new dome for it.

- Also, how do i know which size dome i should get? After reading a few other articles it look like it's based on your geographical area of riding based on sea level. With me being in Florida, I believe i saw i should get a 35cc

Good luck finding domes. They are rare. Might be better off finding a new head. Check with Jetmaniac, Chris had some reduced priced heads last week.
