No welding, just taking out a bit more material from cylinder and sleeves.
I can tell you that going from the enhancer + 165psi to TL and 200 psi was a big difference.
Putting in the mag pump after that was a HUGE difference.

THAT is what Im saying! you spend $2500 to get this engine built AND STILL ended up with mag pump, higher compression and TL.... How muche difference would there be between a ported 760 couch motor with TL and a mag pump. I understand that the couch motor looses some bottom end but the TL and mag pump add a lot... The whole time ive gust been wondering if the motor was really worth it when I still need TL and mag pump. With the money I spent on the motor I could have had both!

I know what I have is gonna be AWSOME with the mag pump and TL, Im just wondering HOW much power a 701 ported with TL would have compaired to my motor with enhanser....

You're misunderstanding something here.
A ported 701 with TL would not compare against your motor. It makes so much power now that the stock pump simply isn't keeping up with it.
The mag pump allows you to put the power to the water. Ever seen dragsters with street tires?
Same concept.

I think it'd be wiser to just save the money until you can afford the real deal.
Just MHO, having tried both.
