Garage 300SJ special

So my buddy got a 300 Hull and it was sitting in his yard and he randomly joked about putting a 701 in it and that sparked the massive in depth forum hole I went into knowing nothjng about fiber glass I set out to build a 300SJ.. aquired a doner SJ and got to work.

Any advice or help or ideas along the build would be greatly appreciated

Got the bottom fitted up and pinned up then glasses into place. Lots and lots of sanding

Sorry for how these post are coming out just figured it was the easiest way to show the progress because I’m new and didn’t think of starting it from the beginning.

Next step so far was to cut the back up.

Well I’m sure the amount of hours into the ski will keep adding up but... super worth it and I am learning a crap ton about it.

Little slow moving on this beast been cold as all hell and been playing in the snow when I can but loads of parts been showing up big shout out to carter B and Chris from jetmaniac for dealing with my questions and helping me out ..

CarterB with this epic rocker kit as you can see from stock to his I should be getting way more lift


Been a small mission to get the front enough to fit the rocker in and just trim enough


The lines are looking real clean

Did some more trimming and setting up for the front of it


At the end of this progress looks like it would be best to bond the top and bottom for the next step..

Any recommendations for what to use to re bond the top and bottom haul would be greatly appreciated and any ideas for anything els
