SXR Gas running through the front carb

Hi Guys

After my winther rebuild of the engine and first start up im having a littel trouble with the carbs.

The problem is that the gas i running out in the middle of the carb ( The ring in the middel ) in idle and its a lot of gas runing out there. What is causing this?

I have cleaned the carbs twice but same result so im out of ideas.

Im thinking of some sort of fuel pump og needle witch could be stock...

looks like your needle is stuck.... Remove carbs, remove needle and seat. Check to see if there is any buildup. Old Gas will turn to a sticky blob (Shellac).. Clean up with alcohol. Best to do a full rebuild of your carbs. Or just order new diaphram (black one) and get a new needle and seat.

May need to double up on your anti siphon check valve. Would you say its dribbling at idle.

To Low popof pressure and shaking of the carbs ad idle can cause that to...or the needle is worn..
