Repaired the sides. There was some minor hull damage that needed some attention.Use plain weave vertical strips, then one solid sheet over the top on both sides.Gas cap hole was glassed up.Next is the carbon exhaust tube being made. Will be getting that done soon.

today i got in my zforce waterbox, flame arrestors, and a bunch of little crap, the waterbox looks crazy, ill get some pictures up

Added some spare carbon i had on the bond lines.Gas cap hole has 2 sheets of glass and one carbon to seal it up.Relocated the pissers in the tray.Next im going to be fixing the tray and foot holds that were ground down too agressivly.(not done by me)But should be a easy fix.

everything is looking fantastic, he cut and glassed over the rails, to make them smooth and even, the d cut along with both footwells moved up and glassed in both from the inside out. Going with carbon fiber exhaust now, and the exhaust will run underneath the footwells now, alittle lower, so that the footwell will not be resting on the exhaust.
Now the bond line is going to be cut in, and in certain areas going to make them wider, making hood tricks easier, with more room to stand.
24/7 760 superjet has done some of the nicest work ive ever seen before.
within a couple weeks ben is going to be doing some case porting along with 2 sizes up on pistons hopefully to around an 810cc
plan on having the ski back together for this weekend

Heres tim z's custom waterbox, i plan on running 1 water inlet, depending on the noise.
I'm just waiting to hear back from jetstyle to get me some new graphics!
Now i just need the -6 pole with pole bracket
I will keep the front nose piece on with turf for now, then once the new lowered pole bracket+pole comes, it will be taken off, and turf directly onto the ski

in the first picture is that gold piece between the cases and the carb manifold part of the cases? it came like that from the factory, but it looks to be like a small read spacer?
im gonna be putting read spacers on, will those just bolt right onto those?
