Ok, your 3 months of warm water is prolly cool temps to us in Fl...our water gets 88-91 in the gulf.



Yep it's true...you would think everyone would ride year round in Fl...of course the wind/waves for most part occur during cooler months, except for summer storms.

The lakes get pretty warm, they usually hover around 70 from june to august

i dont know if my eyes are off but that hull looks to have some uneven spots, the right spot on the center pad looks alot shorter than the left side

Its just the angle of the photo and the lighting

I've seen dk junior an seniors gen 3's in person, finish work is top notch. Ever seen there work in person? By far some of the best people to work with, an they produce very nice products with attention to detail.

What are you talking about? How can you tell anything about the finish with the mold release agent still on it?

never seen the stuff in person im sure itsnice. but what kind of mold release are they using, our molds and the release we use reflect a perfect shine part fresh out of the mold, they might be using paste wax or something

i did! and im not copying anything if i wanted to go that route i would of just bought whatever ski i wanted and splashed it but you obviously cant read and yes actually a good nj ski rider let me come to his shop and examine both an fs2 and xfs and dont worry ill show you some molds an not just ski molds either, not trying to turn this into a pissing contest but i have a full bladder if you want too. i asked a question about the mold and one side of the hull "looking off" i understand pictures and flash do amazing things to twist pictures. either way sweet ski

There will always be those who inivate, then the lazy ones who imitate. I'd go with the inivater over the imitater any day of the week. Don't derail this thread, the ski clinic builds awesome stuff. If you have to sit an examine a proven product to come up with your "own", that speaks volume in itself.
