yea it was suspost to be taken care of then i didnt recieve anything as of fri so i tried to call he answered and i said about shipping them to a different place and was gonna give him an address he said call back so i tried calling all day fri no answer and most of sat.so i send him a pm on pwctoday then he calls this morning and all of a sudden i owe him money on a cylinder that i sent him to look at cause i was told it was junk he said it needed this and that and would cose me 100 buck i asked will it def work and he said he wasnt shure so anyone thats in that position isnt gonna waste money on something that isnt gonna work.so i said you can have them if you wanna mess around with them be my guest their yours ill send a set of pistons so you can test them out mabe youll stumble across something.so i sent the pistons and ups says they were delivered he says they werent.then a regional event at seaside came and he said about sponcering me after the event we chatted about it and never took it into details other than he was gonna build me a motor so jersey rager came and he introduced me to people including his business partner as this is my sponcered rider.so i left another set of cylinders and pistons their for him.these are the cylinders that i want back their still un touched.over the winter we talked and i was building my topdeck he was asking about using my mold when i was done and what not but i wasnt done with it in time for him to use.then the phone calls changed to calling me talking about his other riders hes gonna sponcer and about their skis and it seemed when he asked a question about my hull i built he told me i shoulda went a different route on everything design material layup scheadule.when i got advice from wamilton about building it and he was a great help.so i decided i just want to cut my ties with him and get my stuff back no harsh feelings.ive never said a negitive word about him to anyone.so he even called wamilton telling him he shouldnt have gaven him advice cause its gonna hurt 24-7 business ect.so i had enough i just wanted my stuff back.not once till today has their been anything about me having him to pay for what he did to the first set of cylinders i gave him to have.come on anyone that owes you money your gonna harass them about it or tell them about it over a period of time its been like a year so now all of a sudden why is thir a bill involved?

Our misunderstanding was supposed to be taken care of by now. When I didn't receive my parts as of Friday I called 24/7. Mark answered, I asked about shipping my parts to a different address but he asked me to call back.I tried calling all day fri and most of Saturday with no answer. After I sent him a pm on pwctoday he called this morning and suddenly i owe him $100 on a cylinder that I had him check out for me. I asked him if it would definitely work and he said no so I passed on the repair. I decided to let mark have the cylinders and sent him the matching pistons via UPS. Mark claims to have not received the pistons but UPS shows he did.

Later at a regional event at seaside Mark talked about sponsoring me after the event. we chatted about it and never took it into details other than he was gonna build me a motor. At jersey ranger he introduced me to people including his business partner as his sponsored rider.

I left another set of cylinders and pistons with Mark. He never touched these cylinders and want to get them back.

over the winter we talked about my top deck build. mark said he'd like to use my mold but I didn't finish with it in time. .In later phone calls he started talking about his other riders hes gonna sponsor and about their skis. when the topic of my hull i built he told me i should went a different route on everything; design, material, layup schedule. When I was building my top deck Wamilton gave me great advice. Mark when as far as to call Wamilton to tell him he shouldn't have given me advice because it would hurt 24/7's business. I decided i just want to cut my ties with 24/7 and get my stuff back, no harsh feelings.

Mark hasn't billed me until now and is asking me to pay for inspecting my first set of cylinders I gave him. Isn't it a little late to start asking for money now?

Has anyone been able to contact them? I just recieved a new diamond Ht covered chinpad today, and it looks like poo-poo to me, it needs reglued in a couple of places, and the HT looks like bad b-stock. yee haw....Guess I'll be calling.

Why don't you call him first and try to get it worked out rather than complain and tell us that you're going to call him. I, Powder, and IHOP all spoke with him in the past two days. He's readily available. Instead of wasting bandwidth here, PM him at pwctoday.

I just met Mark this weekend and he was hopped up on a nice mix of prescribed drugs for his back. He's a very cool guy and i got a chance to see some of his quality work. He's doing a lot of great things with the carbon fiber!

I read all the negative things about him but I'm glad I didn't pass any judgement before meeting him. He's pouring his heart into the sport and you can tell. I think he's an asset to our sport and we should be thankful to have more competition in an already small industry.

It would be nice if he were allowed to post here, but something tells me he doesn't have the time to spend glued to a PC anyway.

You are misquoting, For riders, by riders. There is a difference, and it's been stated many times the stance on this, and that hasn't changed and won't, and Mark isn't even active on pwctoday so I doubt he would be here either.
