I couldn't agree more.:biggthumpup: I don't understand why so many people on this site bash companies like they do. More competing companies means more options and better prices for us.

Butti I would recommend not sending him any money .As of now he has taken alot of money from my friend for a h20 hood kit and he is not returning any of his calls.It is a bad scene.

Why don't you call him first and try to get it worked out rather than complain and tell us that you're going to call him. I, Powder, and IHOP all spoke with him in the past two days. He's readily available. Instead of wasting bandwidth here, PM him at pwctoday.

Point well taken, fact is I did try to contact him today, no answer. I'll try again. On the other side of the coin, since i'm guessing this stuff is made in house, I would hope for a tad better quality control. If this was happening, ignorant post such as mine would not be made. Maybe I'm just too anal?

I disagree, if your gona take someones $$$$ you better be ready to flip a part out! No one should not know whats going on with a part that they had paid for months ago.

I couldn't agree more, but most of the time people go about it the wrong way or they are talking about a company they have never dealt with personally.

I was keep out of this but if you are going to post something like this that isn't accurate I feel the need to reply. I happen to be within ear shot of when this happen and you are totally misrepresenting the interaction. You yelled from across the parking lot "Hey Mark where's my cylinders" in an instigating tone of voice as if you were looking to start something. Mark replied back short to the point "when you pay me" Or "where is my money" something to that extent. I would have replied the same way to avoid a scene that nothing good could have came from. If you really wanted to work it out you would have talked to him when he was standing about 10 feet from your trailer instead of waiting to yell it across the parking lot to make sure people heard you. Or perhaps stopped at the shop that is only about 5 miles from where the races were so you could talk to him about why there are charges or where the communication disconnect down was.

How about some feed back on the quality of these parts?

I have seen a number of the parts he is putting out and the quality is to the standard Chris built, as well as some new designs that are pretty darn cool.
Mark also honored the warranty on a part Chris built for me as well.

it is what it is. LPW came thrue with a set of cylinders and i couldnt be happier with them.Im still wating to hear back from some one on e bay about the cylinders he bought from mark and i will know if their mine or not.but that guy hasnt seen them as of 14 days after the auction ended.
and i feel im keeping it pretty clean with my post about him im not out to bad mouth him i could care less what he does he bought an already established business and if he can come thrue with quality products and customer service like chris maros he will continue a sucessful business.

update on things i thaught i was gonna be posting something positive for me and him but it turns out its not the case.after trying to get ahold of him since the event i have to get intouch with marks dad.

I had a very polite conversation over the phone with him telling him the situation I was not rude or slamming mark in any way.He told me he would get ahold of him and back to me no later than tues this took place on a fri.tues came around and didnt hear from him so i called mark.

The conversation with mark started off peaceful and mark said that he sent a bill to me and once i paid him i would get my stuff back.i just wanted it back so i ate it and said fine but are these cylinders gonna work that you were suspost to fix.he said yes i dont know why your such and idot and being so stupid and hung up.

Its been over 2wks now and still no bill. I just dont get it if i owed him money from over a year ago when this first started why didnt he send me a bill.and how comes it never came up in conversation when things were peaceful between us.and when he did state you owe me money why didnt he call me and say this instead of goin thrue another customer and now why is their still not a bill in my hands so i can get my stuff back.

Ive had enough with this bs and im gonna contact the atturney general and let them handle it.this isnt the route i wanted to go and wouldnt do this if he would be acting a different way about it.

Some one post a positive feedback if there is one???? I loved the old 24/7 products and would like to see them (in the same quality) back out here and readily available.
