Accommodations can be found a few miles away for Saturday night at any basic motel. I'll get some details for hotels later this week.

Two years ago we had an outstanding turnout, for some of the best conditions.... ever.... We had glassed over 6-12 foot swells last time folks. Hope for the same this time. Being late in the season best to wear a full wet suit.

Also wanted to post a heads up - there's a fantastic seafood place just a little south of the boat launch. It's called Singletons seafood shack. The only thing is you need to take the ferry across to get there. Also keep that in mind when booking a hotel - not sure if the ferry can take a trailer. Anyhow the place is here and comes highly recommended.

More details to come but I'll tell you - if it's anything like the last you will NOT be disappointed.

There's Days in at Neptune beach. If you are towing you won't be able to use the Mayport Ferry, but loaded into the back of a truck should be fine, or you can drive around the city. This option would be ok if family wants to check out a real east coast beach way but Neptune is not where we ride - so best leave them at the beach.

A better option for us hardcore pirates is the Holiday Inn Express at 295/105 intersection. There's a quick Mexican restaurant and bar place about 2 miles north of there also. 85$ night I believe.

Option 3 would be any place off i95 near the top of 295. There's several places and eateries. Some mentioned concerns of Safety might be an issue which is why Option 1/2 are perhaps a bit safer.
