Glass in Studs for Ebox

I’ve been researching for a clean way to mount the Ebox on the side of the ski above the PFP manifold. I stumbled across these studs McMaster# 97590A616 http://www.mcmaster.com/#97590a616/=ry3re4 which I believe I could use thickened epoxy and glass to mount them to the side of the hull similar to the way people do die town straps for the different fuel cells. I have vibration dampening bushing to help with the shock when only making ¾ rolls. My question is has anyone done anything like this. Do you think it will hold up or cause other issues? As a backup I could use FHCS bolts thru hull with conical washers but I’m OCD and prefer a clean build if I can get it strong.

I must be missing something here. My ebox has 3 threaded holes. I run three bolts through the tray. Am I missing a bracket or something?

Plexus would work great for installing it, I've been working with a supplier to get a M8 316ss version of it. Hoping to have them soon

I used barbed tee nuts as hull inserts to hold on the waterbox and fuel tank on my x2. You could do the same, just be careful to never over tighten the bolts.

I think fx1 eboxes mount directly to the hull like raider and some other couches without brackets. The ebox is threaded on the rear and just uses 3 bolts. That is how I mount the ebox in my freak.

I stole this from the aquabot thread, but this is what Glyn (WB1994) did to an aquabot he is working on...similar idea to what you were thinking.
